Its a little worse for wear, but I was one of the 1st to call for info about the car, or at least thats what the guy on the phone told me. I beleive they went for over $100k new. Edit: also the brochure says $5.00 on it but the dealer sent it to me for free...lol.
Big Al, Thanks a ton. I did not even know that..... there was a brochure. Great job posting this for us. I was thrilled to see it. I would like to buy one of these but they are very hard to find if not impossible. Thanks again.
http://www.membro.se/viper/index.taf?_page=object&object_auid=13048&EnsureNoCache=9847 Well, one ended up in Sweden apperantly.
Now that is incredible. Great photos. I've never .... seen one of these in person. Has anybody on this board seen one or does anybody own one?
Asheville. It's in the mountains in the western.... part of the state. I've got the only Shelby's and the only Viper that I ever seen in a town of about 70,000 people. You wonder where they all are?
Re: Now that is incredible. Great photos. I've never .... There was one at Chryslers at Carlisle last year (possibly the year before as well). If you're interested, check out the show - it may be there again this year
Thanks for the tip. I'll try to find a website and.... see if I can zero in on the owner. Thanks for the tip. I sincerely appreciate it.
I checked the auction car list for Carlisle this spring... but the Shelby Viper Rt/10-CS was not listed. I ask that everyone please keep watching out for one and please post it here if you see one for sale. Thanks to everyone for all of your help. This site is simply excellent. Happy Easter!!!
Hey guys... believe it or not I know of one in Bensalem, PA that is currently for sale. It's a 1996 SHELBY VIPER RT/10 CS with 7,000 miles. The number is (215)638-3600 if anyone is interested.
I did in fact buy this car. My wife thinks it is... our best looking Shelby. You guys probably do not even consider it a Shelby since it was modified by Fitzgerald Motorsports but it is the meanest sounding car of our 4 Shelby's. Thanks again for everybody's input. It helped me immensely.
Re: I did in fact buy this car. My wife thinks it is... This car had some major vin number issue's. Did you get all of the paper work with the revised vin number change's from Fitzgerald's with the car?
I checked the VIN numbers and I also spoke with... the people at Fitzgerald. I also got a CarFax report. I checked all of the Shelby details on the car as well. I would love to hear what you know. Please get back with me. Thanks.
Saw this red and gold one in Swanzey Newhampshire earlier this year... This one didn't stray too far from home... Imageshack lost a couple of my photos, but I had one of the passenger side dash, it was #1 of 25...
Fantastic photos. Thanks a ton. It is my.... understanding that only 1 of these was ever made and this guy must own it. This GTS varies a lot from the RT/10 CS Shelby Vipers.
Re: Fantastic photos. Thanks a ton. It is my.... Hmmm... Thats shows how much I payed attention, anyways its definitely a rare car though... So only one of them was actually produced? (is that consumer model or ever?) The dashboard said 1 of 25... Someone on another forum mentioned that it might be a replica, what are your thoughts on that?
Dont know anything about shelby dodges but this car is for sale..... Doesnt look like the one in the brochure and is supposedly one of five hundred http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1996...oryZ6209QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Best Regards, Vern
