This is SFM 5R 002, an original 1965 GT350 "R" model. It was originally purchased by my friend Bill Clawson - prior to Bill buying it, it was a Shelby team car in the 1965 season. Bill and his son Scott used to race the car.

It disappeared to Mexico in the 70's, and resurfaced, unrestored, in the late 80's. I think Steve Volk is still having second thoughts about "restoring" this old race car.
