He's a great guy. It will be a black on black, with an all aluminum 427 Shelby engine, silver sidepipes, can't wait. CW

Re: New to forum and Shelby Ownership Hi CW, I have relatives in Bethpage, NY and on my last visit I went to HRE and met Bill Andrews. He knows how to build a Cobra and was just a great guy to talk cars with. This was about 3 or 4 years ago and I think he has since moved into a different shop. I didn't order a Cobra but I am sure you will be pleased with your car. His attention to detail was second to none in my opinion. Take care, David
I live in Roslyn on the northshore of Long island. H.R.E. is only 10 miles south of me so i have to fight myself from driving down there every week to ask him what's going on. The 4000's that i saw in his shop were out of this world. There was a beautiful Guardsman blue roller there on Dec 29th, my last visit. I have been trying to get a username and password for the Shelby owners forum on the Shelbyautos web site for awhile. i may be doing something wrong. But I heard it is a great site that keeps owners informed on the progress of their cars with info and photos. CW
