Has any one had any experience good or bad with the 7.75-15 Goodyear Power Cushion tires that Kelsey Tires is reproducing? Either the blue dots or the regular power cushions?

I have the Kelsey Goodyear Speedways. Ride like crap, handle like crap but look great. Good alignment is critical.

Have blue dots on my 65 and used to have standard
7.75x15 Power Cushions with a blue dot rubber piece
glued on. Looked like like blue dots. Have nothing bad
so say about any of them. On the other hand, I don't drive
much. Used to have Speedway 350's on my 67 but the
rubber deteriorated in the middle so I had them replaced
against the blue dots and cash in between. Kelsey said that
the rubber compound was bad at the factory. This was in 1997
and he gave me a full refund for the 350's. If you drive your car
I suggest you go with radials. My 67 drove like crap on the 350's
and they look kind of skimpy in comparison with 2.35/60-15 Good
    Year GTII's.

The Speedway 350's ride is just plain out terrible! They do have the best look to them but you are definitely giving up ride quality. I did use modern day Goodear Eagle GTII's to drive and trouble shoot the car when I first completed the restoration. I had the car all dialed in then switched over to the Speedway's. Talk about a big difference between Radials and Biased ply's!!! I did have to have the front end re-aligned as well. But I just love the look of the Speedway's on my car. Take care! David
