I have an acquaintance who is restoring a 68 KR for a client. He needs some detailed info on show quality restorations, such as colors and markings. Can y'all recommend some good reference books he can buy to guide his efforts. Something with brief history, unique KR features, pictures of undercarriages, interiors, engine compartment etc. If anyone can recommend past Mustang magazine articles that were particularly good it would be great. He can handle the paint and body and basic mechanical so none of the general stuff written for newbys and backyard tinkerers. I have all this stuff on 65 an 66 Shelbys cause that is what I work on. I have owned a 1968 KR, a 500 and several 350's but only one was a show car and that was a long time ago. Preciate the help. SEE Y'ALL
