[Shelbymustang] Test of the Latest Shelby Mustang email list

Welcome to the "new" Shelby Mustang" email list, again. Yep, we had
to rebuild the whole server and software.
Some Key Points:
1 - All the prior URL links remain the same. The software behind the
list is still Mailman. The admin software at my end is different but
that does not affect you.

2 - The Group web page is back up again. I have been assured that we
are bullet proof now. Cross my fingers and hope....
