 I have checked all of the fuses and was wondering if someone has experienced the same problem and could give me some ideas of what to check next. I can't tell what color wire is my brake wire. I believe it could possibly be black as my test light fails to show signs of engery. All other lights on my car are working great including the turn signals, flashers and running lights.

    Suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    thanks,
    brian

Have you tried the brake light switch?

under the dash on the top of the pedal is a small switch. You can disconnect the wire plug and run a short jumper from the two sides of the plug and the brake lights should come on. If they do, replace the switch.
