I don't see he ever says 'unrestored', just that it has 18k miles. However, it looks to have been painted--top and bottom. Things like the replacement carb and service-replacement dizzy are things I'd actually expect to see on a car that's been driven (a lot more than just 18k). I'd be concerned that the rear diff housing doesn't look like it necks down at the u-bolts, and worse yet shows no evidence of ever having override traction bars. Both things could indicate a '57-9 diff housing. It looks to have some sort of underriders. From the pictures I'd tend to say the car has 118k, and has been subjected to a service-restoration. I'd suspect the car may even had a rear clipped.
