Has anyone been able to help David? It seems that his request is simple and it is Shelby related. I dont know why Jim E is not responding to David's simple request but he should to be fair.

request promptly. He is not asking much from you and as a SAAC representative you are obligated (directly or indirectly) to assist those who need assistance or even a simple reponse since this is

Please respond to David's e-mail so that this issue wont get out of hand. Normally, I dont take sides but since David brought this matter to the list, I think we are obligated to do what is right -
not just answer questions about parts.
