I am trying to find the front and rear spring code colors for a 69 GT-500, April 69 build date, power steering, no air, SCJ automatic. I have the build sheet however it is faded and water stained.
B) Hi kinwc I have a copy of a 69 build sheet for a 69 GT500 I can email it to you if you like but here are the codes for the springs, rear is GLDVIOG the front is GLDPNKS Are you restoring it yourself? I have a 69 GT350 that I am, got it out of the rotisserie in Feb. and I’m prepping for paint now there aren’t too many sources of info if I can help let me know I have a ton of pics for references. I am afraid that original build sheet is to far gone (water stainer/faded/torn) to be of much use but this may help in dechipering what I can. Yes I am restoring this car myself and it is currently on the rotissery awaiting paint. This is the second of three cars I am doing: 69 Mach 1, 70 GT-500 & 67 GT-500.
