TV commercials featuring Shelby GT500 and Hertz

I saw a TV commercial featuring kelly Clarkson of American Idol fame driving a red Shelby GT500 near some seedy motel called the Four Aces. In the commerical as she is driving the red Shelby, a green one, an old '67 , comes up and challenges her. I think the girl driving the green one is Clarkson with a wig. Anyhow the new car wins. Maybe this was a video, not a commercial as I just got cable and sometimes am not noticing what I am watching.
What is the significance of the Four Aces?
Is this the only Shelby commercial for the GT500?
I heard there is a Hertz commercial where Shelby does a burnout and then says "Now that's a rental car."

But what is the significance of a seedy hotel? If I saw a $45,000 car parked outside a fleabag hotel and I was a cop, I might wonder who's doing a dope deal inside the room (but then I am a suspicious type)

Or maybe the Four Aces is the name of a song or some infra-dig reference that I am too tuned out to fathom.

Is it the same girl in both cars?

In an ad magazine (devoted to ads they consider breakthrough) there are two very horizontal ads for the Shelby GT500. One headline is something like "Who cars if he still lives at home?"

I can't figure out if they are ads , maybe double page spreads, or 24 sheet ourdoor boards, has anyone seen them? Both show the new snake insignia and grille, in a very wide angle view.
