TheCarSource.com Shelby Mustang List ------------------------------------ I put together some information on the 2007 Shelby Mustangs. I ran across this tidbit of information, maybe you all knew this, but I didn't. Dave mentioned this in his email with the link to Autoweek. There are actually three versions of the 2007 Shelby GT Mustangs. The 500 HP SVT version is the one we all know about. The Hertz version is not made in a Ford plant. Rather it is a modified GT Mustang courtesy of Shelby Automotive in Las Vegas. 500 of these are planned. There is one more and that is the retail version of the Hertz car. The expected run is 10,000 of these all coming from Las Vegas.
