    Frank -

Here is the "barn-yard" car (1967 GT 500) that I discussed in prior posts that you wanted to know about

It appears that since my last post on the subject someone has run the car up to over 80k but when I posted the info the car was a 70k barn-yard find

I enjoyed reading your post and I can only say that what I post is my opinion and I (just like you) are entitled to have one.

I can also say that these last few threads that I started sure have started a fire-storm of talk but that is good.....very good - It shows that all sides concrened have passion (strong) about their cars and thier hobbies.

I don't know Stephen. I have never spoken with....

him but we have exchanged emails on a few isolated occasions. I have learned a lot about him just in talking with other Shelby enthusiasts. This is my perception of this debate. I think that Stephen might "rub some Shelby fans the wrong way" because he is more of a businessman than he is an enthusiast. We love to collect and drive the cars. He loves to buy and sell them. He deals in high-dollar cars and maybe there is some resentment or envy there also. I know that I cannot afford the high-priced cars that he sells but I don't blame him for that fact. I thought that this was a great thread and one of the most passionate that I have ever read on this site. I mean absolutely no offense toward Stephen nor anyone who challenged him. I'm simply stating my opinion. God bless all of you!!!
