I took my 2006 Mustang to Paul's high performance in Jackson, Michigan for some tune work after the supercharger install. When I pulled in he had 3 07 Shelby mules in his possesion. He said Ford gave them to him for developmental work. I recognized 2 of them from pictures here on this site. They still have all the stickers and grey hoods. I will try to get actual pics of the 3 cars next week. The other is blue. No one may care, but 40 years ago no one cared about the mules (green hornet and 67 convertible) and now when they turn up it is a big deal so I thought I would track these cars and see what happens to them. I guess I have too much time on my hands.
Re: 07 GT500 mules Very cool. Good idea, why not track them. They are part of the development process and while they might not be as refined as the ones coming off the assembly line, they certainly have a place in the history of the GT500 and that makes them pretty unique if you ask me. Randall
