Looks like he went from gung-ho to gun shy. This thread probably didn't change his course of action...

I'm still here. There is nothing to report other than they sent an officer out to photo the vehicle and took my statement then, tried to reach owner, but could not that day. So I dont know if they did or didnt. They just told me to keep an eye out for anyone trying to move vehicle. I think they are more interested in the fact that the body shop adjacant to it has been under investigation as a chop shop for some time now, or so the officer said. The officer said the vehicle would be impounded at some point just because it had missing VINs. So either way it is a gonner.

But the car does have a VIN. The number stamped above the shock tower is the VIN of the car. Shelby's were not registered under the Ford numbers. You really should contact Dave Mathews at SAAC before this car is impounded and goes missing again.

Are you going to supply a picture showing 2395 in the VIN? or make us wonder if you are up to something...

I told him about the Ford and Shelby VIN and that the Shelby is what was titled. He said they were still tampered with. It being impounded was the worst scenario to me, but not my call. As for the pictures and theories about making this all up, sorry they were not a clear as I would have like them to be and i'm not going down that road again.

Congratulations on your quest to restore a piece of Shelby history. Most likely 2395 will go to the crusher or rust away in the corner of a police impound yard. Nice going :thumbdown

do not waste your time advising Mr. Graham on this or any other matter. he came here with an agenda. I can only speculate as to what it is. he did not take any useful knowledge he was provided with, only reporting what he wanted to as he single handedly restored Freedom and Morality to the Shelby Market! as a matter of fact I think it is time we end this Party.
