Saying "Howdy" to all Shelby Owners and enthusiast. I'm a North Texas resident. Have a '65 GT350 that I purchased in 1981 and '68 GT500KR (4-speed w/air) I've owned since 1975. People aways ask which one I like the most. That's like being asked which of your kid's do you love the most. They are both differant and each has plus's and minus's. Just glad to have them.
Howdy on back to you. Wouldn't you have a special spot in your heart for your first Shelby? Just like you would for your first born. robin
Hi, I too am a long time (1979) owner of a 1965 GT350. I too just joined and logged in as a "long time member". Remember those good days when you could buy a used GT350 for LESS than the 1/2 the price of a new Mustang? Now the cost of a good is approaching 1/2 the price of a house. If I only knew
Welcome from another North Texas Shelby Owner. Sounds like you have about 700 HP of pure fun! Mirrorman
Welcome to the forum of wishful thinking, mythology, interesting therories, old wives tales, sprinkled with a few tidbits of actuality. Your going to love it! Glad to have you aboard. shlbny66
Thanks. So have you had a lot of success in using this forum to locate parts for your cars? I am trying this forum in hope of getting parts to get my gt350 finished the right way. After 26 years of ownership, I still need parts. Got any ideas to get people to read my "Parts Wanted" ad for an old time owner not investor? Thanks, Seth
