Hi. I have been a longtime Mustang/Shelby owner(1977:D ) and a friend of mine sent a link to this site. I have been posting to 428cobrajet.org for a while now and have restored numerous Mustangs over the years and my current 1970 Shelby(owned since 1985) to MCA concours gold winning specs. I have a lot of history with 1969-70 cars. Gary

Were you ever a member of SAAC-MCR. I was a very active member from the late 80's to early 90's and I wondered if I knew you or your car. My car is still the same one I had back then.

I was a brief member of MCR around 1990. I was a member of MOCSEM from 1989 till 2004.Saac member since the '80s. I don't think I ever had a car in their memorial day/june shows. I have done alot of shows in SE Mi. until 1996 when I decided to do a rotissory resto on my Shelby convert in my garage. I had My GT350 convert at 1986 convention in Dearborn and my convert along with my 1970 drag pak Gt500 at the 1990 dominos farms show. I know many members of MCR like Kurt Fredrickson, Dean Ricci and Jim Seissor but haven't seen them in some time. I kinda became a hermit from 1996 until I got my convert done in 2002 and my first show with it was at Ford's 100 years show in 2003 then won gold at the Dearborn MCA meet 2 months later. But work has limited me to only a few shows the last few years. Its quite possible we have crossed paths before. Gary
