Yes, the 67 Shelbys did come with the welded washers on the shock brackets,
however several cars like my own made it through without them from the factory.

I know the 65,66's had them, but I thought 67's did not. My car does not have them #2325, and others in my local club do not either. If I'm not mistaken, I think 68's had them. Not sure about 69-70's.
