  3. Hey Guys,

I'm fairly new to this forum. I've been reading all your great posts for
about six months, and can't wait to meet up with at least a few of you over
    the years.

You see, I've inherited a '67 Shelby GT-350 from my father (he died when I
was seven). The dealer he bought her from was the first owner, and my
father was the second. My father bought her in late She has been and still
sits in my Mothers garage (has not been turned over) for the past 20 or so
years. I'm only now beginning to understand and appreciate what a rare and
unique car she is. She has less then 30,000 orig miles and, besides sitting
all these years, is in perfect condition. Never had a wreck or a dent. I'm
almost at the point in my life where I can posses this beauty in my own
    home/garage. Anyway...

I'm a little confused on something with the GR-1. Mike McMullough stated "
This is the first and only one of this type" then Kathi Marocco sent the
    link to http://chicagoautoshow.com/showfloor/preview2.asp?MODEL_ID=338. If
you look at the first pic on this site the GR-1 has racing stripes down her,
but the rest of them do not. What's up with that? Do at least two GR-1's
    exist? Am I wrong?

    Just a little confused
