In the beginning of December I ordered CSX4819 from Bill Andrews at H.R.E. in Freeport, NY. He spent alot of time with me showing me a new Blue 4000 that had just came in. The quality was incredible. It looked and felt terrific. I feel it is worth the wait to get a superior product. CW
I wish you success in your Dream! I could not wait and found mine finished. It was built By Billy Andrews and he did a remarkable job!
For starters there's 11 pictures here at ShelbyForums.com. Just click on Photos and then click on Shelby Automobiles and Concepts. The photos are right there labeled with HST in their title but you can also search the photo section for "HST" and the pictures will show up. There's a website with more but I can't remember where it is right now. RS
I have been trying to get a username and password for the Shelby owners forum on the Shelby Automobiles web site. I may be doing soemthing wrong can you help me? CW
You should call Gary Patterson or e-mail him at Shelby Automobiles. give him your CSX number and you should be able to set up an account right away.

Aluminum body, New/Old Stock 427 side-oiler, Webers, aluminum Shelby heads, solid lifters, Top Loader, 3.31 gears, Torq-Thrust wheels, aluminum trunk with twin pumps, Rebat batteries behind passenger seat, Shelby's autograph on passenger side sun visor, Billy Andrews-built. Tim, Could you post a picture of your sidepipes. I think that I have side pipes that no other prson has. At least no CSX I have seen yet. Was told that they were a prototype that Shelby was thinking about using but decided against it because of cost. The person claimed that the side pipes I have add about 7-10 H.P. over the current ones used. Was surprised when he saw them on my Cobra.
Hi Morgan,, I'll get a pic this weekend for you,,mine are still in the white so it may be easier for you to tell. I caught myself thinking how great your car looked in that pic, then realized I have one identical if I would get off my but,,lol but any way GREAT JOB,,thats the cobra I have dreamed of for over 30 yrs. Ill post the pic,,Tim k
CSX4236, I saw your car when it was at HRE a few months ago, it is awsome. I have had a similar car on order. Please tell us all how the car drives. I too have ordered the the All Aluminum Shelby 427 with the Tremac 5 speed. How did you feel when you first drove it? When you first cruised at 65MPH? Was it as fast as you had hoped? These questions may sound silly but to those of us who are waiting you are own only link to the future. Thanks, Conrad CSX4819
Morgan , Here are my side pipes. Do you have a top loader and lakewood bell housing ? if so can you give me the lenght of your drive shaft ? that would speed things up for me.Who sells the rear flange/yoke ? do you know if it is interchangable with any thing else ? thanks ,Tim
