Let's remember that the general understanding is that there were as many as a dozen build sheet/broadcast sheets produced for every car. These were sent to subassembly areas (seats, dash, engine/trans, of the plant where items were assembled and later met up with the car. Because of this and specific workers habits they can be found in a number of areas. Other times they were collected and simply dumped in a car. Best example of this was one group of buildsheets (approx 30) that were found in a single car.
