How many differant types of Brake boosters were used on the 67 GT350's and GT500's ?

Midland-Ross, and Bendix were the choices, but most cars I've seen have the M-R one.

Yeh, i always thought the midland booster was a 67 only part, but you do see some bendix ones around. I thought maybe they were replacements. I wonder if then it was a change made on the later number cars ?

I believe you will find only one supplier was used for San Jose. There were three configurations of this booster because of a problem so there was (for lack of better terms) an early, the 1 st fix (which included a different check valve, and the last which included a couple of changes. The first one had no paint mark to identify it from what I can tell. The second had a red paint mark on the valve and the last had a red mark on the valve and the booster.

Of course any car that did not originally get the last version could have ended up with the final one if the owner responded to the recalls.
