Re: 68 gt350 intake question,...quickie

  1. Wasn't the "SHELBY" intake not even cast until the separation of Shelby and Ford ... and the opening of the aftermarket parts company. About late 70 early 71 or so

    The aluminum intake used on a 68 GT 350 from the factory or on the iron
    intake cars that were recalled, should have COBRA,not Ford or Shelby,
    those were over the counter parts . The intake should also have a S7MS
    engineering number and not a S2MS. Hope this helps BG
