65 GT350 horn switch photo needed

One of these is real and one of them is a stinking fake. The threaded ring that tightens the switch to the dash is not a ring with tiny teeth .. it has two indents (opposite sides)

the switch is called a "moment" switch not a SPST or DPST

and the bezel with two nothes in it but don't know how to post them.

Nope your looking for a center-off moment switch. So when it's not touched the knob is straight out from the switch and once operated returns to the center when not touched

That's the $500 question. Original switches are very difficult
to find. I bought mine for 5S275 in Hemmings many years ago.
Randy DeLisio who restored Dee Snider's 69 BOSS302 had one
that was broken, i.e. it didn't work but cosmetically it was in
excellent shape. I was abe to take it apart and fix the broken plastic
internally with a sleeve and now it works as it's supposed to.

Thanks for the info. Since my 65 is a re-creation, I'm not too finicky about accuracy. I'll pick up a switch, from Jim at ShelbyParts.com
