I have sprayed and sanded several areas of the engine compartment using a spray can for the last couple of years. The paint seems to fade on the shock towers, so I have redone them by spray can a couple of times. Last time they did not come out as smooth as I would like. I am not ready to pull the engine and redo the whole engine compartment as of yet. I was going to strip the shock towers and redo them, so I wanted to get some ideas. I probably will break down and have my painter do the work at the end of summer for the last couple of major local shows... unless I do a fantastic job with a spray can (like I did the year before last) . Is it your experience that the regular Krylon goes on much better than the high heat? Thanks for your suggestions Lee 66 # 869
