Hi. The tach on my 67 GT500 doesn't move. I have the dash out now. Is there a way to test the tach to see if it is working? Is there a way to test the wires to it to see if the problem is there? I don't want to have the tach rebuilt to find out it was a bad wire etc.

Does the car still run with the tach plugged in to the wire loom?

Sure, runs fine. Tach just doesn't move.
