Thanks for the welcome, I've owned 6S1235 since 1974, originally a White Hertz car, was Black and Gold when I aquired and had been in a minor accident... trans had been sold, so in my 20's I installed clutch linkage and a toploader from a Galaxy big block and painted it White with Blue stripes. Wife drove it to work for several years, then into my Dad's barn for close to 20 years. It was the only car I kept for my retirement, I am now doing a full restoration had the car media blasted by Joe Abernathy and am now replacing sheetmetal. Rebuilt engine, trans, and rearend over the winter. Will be back in it's original White & Gold soon I hope. I have some pictures in the members gallery of work in progress.
