Shelby should have produced a Turbo Rampage (GLHS truck)

    Just curious about the information on the parts chaser that was used at the Whittier plant and lookin into some background on project "Street Fighter" that Shelby had his finger on at the time..

    Heres my "Street Fighter"..

    Oooh, I like that. I have a friend with two of them- a blue/silver rampage that may have had a DirectConnection windshield decal at one time, and a black Scamp (?) for parts. They're cool little things.

    Out here its more like "free rust" cars ;) But i was lucky and found a rust free Rampage also...

    all ya need is a turbo adaptor for blow through, late model intake manafold and your T2 after adding the air temp sensor..

    that black paint wont last long on the turbo/manafold ;) even that 1500 degree stuff flakes off after a few WOT runs at 9psi..

    when ya gonna throw it in?

    Im waitin to send he head off to have it rebuilt, no biggie..
    Ive got just about everything else and im going to start bolting it all together..

    im close.. at least to bolting some things together :)
    Ill be headin down to fresno to grab a bunch of parts from a 86 Shelby charger for the rest of the conversion and the interior pieces for a plug and play setup.. :)
