Why don't we post some of our photos? Many of you have Unrestored, Restored, Original condition and concours vehicles. It would be great to put the vehicles to the many names and posters here on this thread! Just an Idea. Regards Randall Paul
Randall: (Your e-mail came through again as Camilla). Great idea, but think about the massive downloads for us dial up guys. I wonder if there is a way they could be posted to the www.carmemories.com website???As I write, I think there is a spot for that and we could all post to there, then read and view as we have the inclination. Hey Ron Doesn't seem to need much resto. But a good looker for sure, well done! I wouldn't mind finding another weekend driver. The Shelby is too much of a problem taking out nowadays. I am shipping it ( http://1969shelby428.blogspot.com/ ) to Portland Oregon this summer before I move back to the US. The insurance issue is not up to snuff here and the driving habits are absolutely awful. Look forward to seeing some updates on your resto. Keepthe piccy's coming!!! Taling to you in NZ and I am in Canada. The car we used to own up until last September is in the carmemories file. Just go to clubs. Pick the Shelby Mustang section, then follow the prompts to the photo section. Our former car is on pages 4 and 5 as I recall. Our newest car is under restoration right now. It is a 1969 Mustang GT convertible with a 351 2V and absolutely loaded. Have attached a couple of pictures as it sat in Arizona just before we bought it. Went to Car memories and uploaded the photo's there! Cmem/Ford/Mustang/ShelbyMustangs/1969-70. It will take 24 hours for them to approve. It was a bit confusing but I think I did it right. Fingers crossed. But fairly fast once you get the hang of it! You still on a 56k modem? Anyway follow the directions if you have photo's of your car. Love to see them.
