Shelby Mustangs in Puerto Rico Hello everyone I was wondering if someone could be of help. Am looking to find out how many Shelby mustangs were sold in Puerto Rico. from 1966-1970.Or if anyone could point me in the direction as to where this information could be found.
Victor, welcome to the site. I merged your 3 posts as they were nearly identical. The last Shelby American World Registry (1997) shows no dealers in PR. However, it is possible that a dealer there placed an order through a mainland dealer, and it would take quite a bit of time to sort through the information. Are you looking for info on a particular car? Anyone else have info that can help? Mike
I have bought a number of Shelby Mustangs from out of Puerto Rico and the Dominician Republic. It has been the better part of 10 years since I last did so but in the late 1970's and, again, in the mid 1990's I was buying and pulling cars from both islands like crazy. Most were sold thru JD Ball ford in Miami or thru Luke Bolton Ford in Ft. Lauderdale.
