Was just wondering if a 428 cj can be wiggled out from the bay while the manifolds are still attached?Thanks
I have always removed the pass side exhaust manifold before removal .I should rephrase that I unbolt the manifold and then pull the engine.
Howdy Keith! glad to see you are working on your car.The engine can be removed with both manifolds on,and the H pipe still in place if need be.It is a tight fit,but that is how they were originally assembeled.Are you doing the 68 or the 69?
