We just finished my son's 67. It now has an all aluminum Shelby 427 including the signature series stage two ported heads. Looks great, runs great. Frank
Hey to Frank & son ! Very nice looking car!! Very nice choice for power.Did you happen to figure out what this setup weighs ? Also what did you use for exhaust ? Header type ? One last question is compression ratio. The last iron engine I was involved with was 11.2-1 and we had to use the best fuel available,which was aviation gas.Thanks for the info. P.D.
Frank and Son, It is great to see another '67 G.T. 500 back up and running. The car looks great. Awesome looking "all aluminum" 427 with a tunnel wedge intake and dual 4-barrels. I bet it runs really well to say the least. Have fun with it because that is what they were built for........ Eric
