first Cobra portrayed on cover Palos Verdes concours program

    Ron Weickart of New York State was invited to paint the cover of the concours program
    in Palos Verdes where Shelby was the grand marshal He depicted the blue
    Cobra that is CSX2000, the first Cobra ever made, against the hills of the Trump National course. The concours people sold posters and there was one print sold at the auction during the banquet that looked like a painting on canvas. The posters are no longer available but Ron told me that the gleecee print is.
