'65 Cobra carbs

    Hi,I am looking at buying some Shelby parts from a guy and he wants to include a pair of carbs that I am not familiar with.I believe the carbs are for a '65 or '67 Cobra with 427 and dual 4V.The number on the carbs are C5AF 9510 BC with List# 3301 and date 502.The second carb is C5AF 9510 BD,List #3300 and date 205 (I think he gave me the wrong date or it is misstamped).I am not sure if he has the linkage.The carbs may be correct for other applications also.I was wondering if anyone could help me on determining a value for these carbs that need rebuilding and if there is much of a demand for these carbs as I do not need them.Thanks for any help you can provide....Greg.

    They are listed as 427 Ford 2 4V Medium Riser carbs. I think they first appeared in 1965, I do know they are OEM on 1967 427 425 H.P. cars. (I had a setup way back when) I have seen specs listing them as 715 to 730 CFM each. I have been told that they are also OEM on the 427 Cobra.

    Pretty much anything for the 427 Ford is in high demand and brings big $$.
