Roger, Your local Ford dealer would love it, but I'll bet that a mass event would draw more attention. One recent example was Dodge's SRT/10 pickup. They built 50 in distinctive blue/white stripes for the Viper Club crowd, raffled one off, and delivered the rest to their new owners at the Daytona 500, where their first miles in their new trucks were a parade lap! Mike: That is a really nice thought. But from all appearances, Ford is not interested. Look at what they did to the idea of 102 new Mustangs to be picked up at Detroit and join the U.S. Pony Cruise. Ford appears not to need creating warm fuzzies in their customers. $$ is all they see. Sad but true.
