SAAC Gold cars don't come along too often. I see one on Ebay. Its a GT500 and it is nearly perfect! If anyone is looking for a great GT500, here is your chance. It is well documented. I have seen the car and it is very nice. SAAC has only had a dozen or so 1968 gold cars in the last 12 years.....if you want the best....JUMP

Your ebay number is wrong....160169993321 is the correct number...you missed a "3".

    Sweet Car!

May have missed in the ad. Do you know what year the car was shown?

Looks nice.... someone should get a good car. Hope it brings some solid $$$'s considering some of the junk that is bought and sold often

    I feel the drama building!!

On a side note. I have asked the Ebay lister a couple questions that have went unanswered on his other 68 Shelby auction.

MAN......looks like he is selling off everything.......... I really like the colors chosen for the 68 Elleanor. Good prices too. Kinda makes me wander why is he seeling everything.......oh the mystery.

He has two 1968 Shelby's, a Blue Fastback and a Black Convertible and he has a beautiful 1968 Elleanor Convertible recreation listed on Ebay (along with a few other vehicles).

I think the person who is running the auction is an auctioneer. He doesn't own the cars he is selling, merely performing a service for people who don't want to dick around with eBay auctions....

The majority of the pictures were taken in owner's driveway. The ones he is referring to (3) were taken at SAAC 32 in Utah.

"Division 2" Gold, not Div 1.

I would have left the original tag on the door.

I don't think SAAC has had a Division 1, 1968 Shelby in ten years. There is no incentive, because your are going to be judged much harder. Here's the link to the pictures in question:

Tim, you are more than welcome to the pictures, just giving you a hard time. Good luck, you deserve every penny and more in my opinion. The car is true to the marque.
