Heads up to the Forum .... Trolling Craigslist I stumbled upon this Shelby Real Wood Steering Wheel. The post states that it is an over the counter wheel. However, it looks like an optional 1966 Real Wood Wheel (cancel cam pins, deeper recess on horn contact tracks, no black plastic at end of spokes) with a 1967 horn button (silver ring on black background instead of 1966 gold). I assume this wheel could be purchased and restored for less than the cost of a reproduction. Having an original would be better right? Engineer http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/pts/457300041.html
I'm sure thats the wheel that sold on ebay a few months ago for $570.00 I thought about buying it for the emblem, then selling the wheel again. Kenny
