Another special or unique feature on the early cars is a lower brake scoop with the duct in the center. The next style uses a smaller duct that is placed lower in the scoop. This meant quicker install time for Shelby American.Any clue as to when they stopped useing the center type?

Are you referring to 1966 GT350's?

    Patty,
On car #130, My car has the hose attached at the lower opening, also on the picture, you can see the extra roll bar brace to the inner wheelwell, only the early cars got!!

The pop rivet heads where still in the car, next to the brake duct hose!!
