Hello from the Pacific Northwest. My name is Mark Cook,
I live in Puyallup WA. Ive owned my 1966 K code Mustang
since 1973. I got my intrest in Shelbys since the early 60s
when my Father worked as a salesman selling FORD cars and trucks.
I remember sitting in 289 AC Cobras, and Shelby mustangs for hours
at a time, waiting for my father to get off work.
Anyway looking forward to enjoying this new site.

Courtesy Ford in Colo. Springs and Phill Long Ford in Denver.
I think 1966. The 289 Cobra that I remember most was Silver,
so so long ago but I think that it had red interior.

No... not my Dad, but I called Him yesterday and he said they sold alot of Shelbys at that dealership. He also said that Phil Long Ford was realy heavy into the racing thing. cool stuff.

Thanks for the warm welcome and I'll be looking forward to picking your brains
    brains in the future

    Mark

yah,no I didnt know that, also what I think makes my car kind of rare is the K code option with an automatic. I have lots of little ? about the car that I'll save for later days. or nights this winter.

    Thanks Mark
