What is the best way for me to determine if my '68 GT 350 is "numbers matching" drivetrain? Not important to me buy a buyer wants to know. Is date coding the block and transmission as close as you can get? Thanks for your help.

No just dating the engine and trans is not enough for everyone.

Does the engine and trans have the cars (matching) VIN? IF so this will be enough for some buyers. Fur others they will want every date from every body panel and drivetrain piece that can be found.

Just did this on a 65 Shelby Friday and flying to do the same on a Boss Tuesday. With a lift, figure it will take at least 3-4 hrs for the process
