A friend asked where he can look to find the build sheet in his 1969 GT350.

I understood they could be in several locations. Anybody have some hints on where to start?

    Thanks

Underneith the Back Seat Bottom. Usually it is stuffed beteen the Seat Foam and the Seat Springs. Sometimes there is one under the Carpet. I have even found them up under the Dash wrapped around the Wire Harness.

Could be allot of different places on a Dearborn 69 car. Up to a couple dozen of each build sheet was printed for use by all the sub assembly stations. At each they through away the copy of attached it to the sub assembly to identify the car it parts would go to.

Look under the carpet and underlayment, back of the door panels, between the cushion and springs of every seat (as mentioned earlier) or attached to the engine compartment wall (normally only the tape remains)

Build sheets have often been found in each of these locations by other owners for that year and plant

    Hope he gets lucky
