im a proud owner of a 67shelby gt 500 which is in manila,phillippines. the car was came from san francisco. the original owner was a serviceman from the former US bases in manila, subic and clark field. I got the car in the original unrestored condition and since been restoring it with a fresh paint and parts from tony branda. I enjoy driving it on weekends and being an active member of the local car clubs like the manila sports car club. we have a couple of shelbys in the club, and also an original shelby cobra. we were lucky to have as a guest many years ago,mr carrol shelby and phil hill who even graciously signed authographs and had pictures wth him. we got to see them again in 2003 at the laguna seca speedway and had a great time there.looking forward to meet and chat you guys!!
