Re: At the track

  1. Well, their choice of (apparently) nixing the IRS makes it look as if
    they are more interested in the straight-line market anyway... which
    makes sense really, correct me if I'm wrong, but the GT500s were more
    aimed at the straight-line crowd, and the GT-350 at the twisty crowd.
    I've certainly read plenty of disparaging remarks about the effects
    dangling a 428 over the front suspension has on handling...

    Perhaps they're planning a 2009 GT-350 with IRS and bi-turbo V6? :->

  2. Nothing is set in stone - There may very well be some "retro" looking side
    scoops on the car by the time it hits showroom floors next year.
