    Robert & the gang,

Does anyone think the Big Guy at Ford actually ends up either reading or
even hearing about the concerns of a customer all the way out at the end of
the food chain? I ask this in seriousness because I really want to know.

I've fantasized about getting a letter thru to the boss at the top, Bill
Ford, about this and other topics relating to the new Shelby Mustangs, but I
really don't believe that corporate cheiftans heading a big company like
FoMoCo have the time or interest in listening to some little guy like me. I
could write the missive in a way that wouldn't be seen as a rant or in any
way negative but would be purely constructive. I just never thought it'd be
worth the bother since it'd likely just get filed away somewhere by the mail
    room boss, at best.

MessageSend it..... what the hey! It's only $0.37.... You might get a reply and maybe your original owner Shelby and you might be used in an upcoming Ford commercial......

Mark the outside ... personal from an ORIGINAL Shelby owner!

    Give it a try...

I don't know if it makes an difference here, but I once wrote to the head of GM about my 1992 Cadillac Sedan DeVille that had all kinds of problems. I was the second owner and not really entitled to anything, but I guess I worded it correctly because they sent me a check for $500 to try and make me happy. I sent that letter to the chairman as registered mail hoping that it would at least get to a higher up that was authorized to open his mail. Who knows, it might be worth a shot .... I'd like to read it if you send it.
