OK....... I spent 4 weeks designing them. There is 171 Photos, I had to convert most of them into Black & White Photos. Thanks to everyone who sent me Photos. After installing the stripes, I found out that I need to move a couple of the Photos that are on the Deck Lid. Enjoy......
    David.

BTW: what's the story behind this? what was the thought process and how did you get them on the car?

    cheers

Neat stripes. I was not expecting to see that I will be keeping an eye on you while you put gas in your car.........

Thanks....... to answer whats the story behind it, The Mustang is a 2005 Tribute Edition Shelby G.T. 350 40th Anniversary model. It is an Official Product of Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc. I came up with the idea for the Stripes a while back and used photos that I took and ones that were sent to me for this idea. I own MESTENGO F/X, Inc. which used to be "MUSTANG F/X" but I changed the name to keep Ford off my back. On January 1, 1999, I was Licensed to produce the Tribute Edition Shelby kits for 1994 to 2005 Mustangs and this is one of them. I spent a about 4 weeks converting the Photos to Black & White, then printing them out in "Actual Size" and then placing them in actual size Lemans Stripes Pattern. then it was all entered into the Computer in the Dual Stripe Format and printed out on High Performance Vinyl. It was not cheap but I think it was well worth it. From what I have seen at the Silver Springs Mustang Show last weekend, I would have to say that at least 1500 people now have photos of this Mustang. I received lots of compliments. I think this is one of my best works to date. I love playing outside the Box.

David, I got to admit when you first mentioned this idea I thought it sounded kind of goffy. However, it turned out really cool! Nice work.

Awesome job on the stripes. From the first small photo I thought I was seeing a bad reflection, then I saw the bigger pix.
Are you making a limited run of them to off-set the cost of production?
