Hi there...can anyone advise if the 69-70 Shelbys had more than "one" "build-sheet"??....many years ago I located one behind the drivers seat taped to the floor under the carpet...although I have a photocopy I have misplaced the original...I have been told that sometimes there were "two" buildsheets...where on the car would another location be??....any information much apprieciated...Martin (New-Zealand)...:)

Under the Back Seat between the Foam & Springs, up under the Dash wraped around the Wires, Behind the Interior Rear Quarter Trim Panels are a few places I have found them.

In my 69GT500 I have been able to locate 3 sheets.
    1.underneath driver's seat,between the springs and foam
2.under carpet in back seat(right side of car)
3.under carpet where driver's feet go

Martin ... at each plant there were more than a dozen build sheets printed (for the body and all the sub assemblies) At Dearborn some of these copies were attached to the subassemblies (unlike other plants) to identify the car that the assembly was for. Because of this there si a great opportunity to find one or more.

    Other places

    - Attached to the inner fender panel (normally long gone but you can often find the tape or shadow where it was attached)

    - The back side of one of the door panels

    - Thrown in behind the interior quarter panels
