67 8 Track Repair

    My 67 GT500 had a dealer 8-track installed in late 67 (have paperwork from JD Ball Ford). I put a Led Zeppelin 8-track in the other day and it is trying to play it but it would only sound good if you were stoned or on shrooms.

    Does anyone know of a Ford radio repair place you recommend?

    Hi Mike ! The 8 track can be repaired by Bill Herndon.He is always in hemmings,and does good work.Often the drive band stretches and it distorts the sound..wouldnt want to find out a good zepplin tape was ruined.:guitar:
