65 Shelby gt350 Hood and scoops

    Hey all you pro's out there.. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the rear qtr. scoops on the real honest to goodness shelby gt350 cars had a rolled edge on the front leading edge or not.. Someone is trying to tell me that "the man" made a few out of steel and they had a rolled leading edge on the scoop.

    Also were the real 65 shelby hoods all fiberglass or were they the steel frame with fiberglass overlay work. Were the hood scoops molded in to that same hood or were they a bolt on additional piece..

    65's did not have quarter scoops at all (as a full production unit).
    65's also had 3-4 different style hoods (all fiberglass, fiberglass w/ metal partial frame, etc..)
    In '66, all the quarter scoops were fiberglass.
