you say that no good can come from this, however guns dont kill people-
people kill people. I have a car that due to colision damage was missing the dvr
front vin. years ago I replaced the pannel again properly and stamped the vin
myself the best I could and even stamped the stars with a stamp I had to get
from europe (stars were close but not exact).
I may just order one of these for my car just to get it right ( if his stuff
is right).

with that said, this has created a very dangerious situation that is wide
open for those of lesser morals. I would disagree that no good can come from
this, but I would agree that bad CAN come from it
