    Yes that is a real 1927 Bugatti and yes that is a real street legal Porchse 917. When I asked the owner how he got it plated, he said "long story".

    After seeing a 2006 heritage (gulf racing) GT at the show, the hunt is on, I am buying one.

    P.S. I drove my 67 GT500 up there 140 miles round trip on I-5 going 75mph, stayed cool and lot's of cars slowing down taking pictures with phone cameras, fun stuff.

    Every Saturday, cars start rolling in at 6:30-7. Ford/Mazda Building at the 5 and 405 split.

    That 917 is awesome, those were some great cars, ahead of their time!!!

    I usually go up there on Saturdays. It is a pretty good event up to about 600 cars and they serve breakfast too :thumbup:
